YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
1 cup(milk cup) of fonio
3 medium carrots
1 green pepper
1 small bunch of spring onions
1/2 cup of runner beans
1/2 cup of peas
Curry, ginger, seasoning salt

- Put a little oil and butter in a pot
- Pour in the vegetables/chicken/sausage/ etc and stir fry
- Grate in a little ginger /add curry/seasoning/salt/egg
- In a separate pot, pour in a little oil/butter, diced onions and the fonio
- Stir fry the fonio on low heat for about
- 5 - 10 mins (you can add very little water if you so desire)
- Toss in the vegetables and mix the fonio properly
- Taste for seasoning and serve hot
