PANCAKE

You are what you eat

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • 1 cup(milk cup) of prilan fonio flour
    (note you can grind into flour with the dry mill part of your blender)
  • ½ tin of evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanila extract
  • Little water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • Sugar/honey to taste
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 3 tbs melted butter

  • Method:

    1. Whisk all the ingredients together (except the butter) till it forms a smooth paste
    2. Put a frying pan on fire and brush with some butter and let it melt
    3. Add about 1/4 pancake batter and heat over low to medium heat until golden for about 4 mins on both sides.
    4. Serve hot
