YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
1 cup(milk cup) of prilan fonio flour
(note you can grind into flour with the dry mill part of your blender)
½ tin of evaporated milk
1 tsp vanila extract
1/4 tsp salt
Sugar/honey to taste
1 tbs baking powder
3 tbs melted butter

- Whisk all the ingredients together (except the butter) till it forms a smooth paste
- Put a frying pan on fire and brush with some butter and let it melt
- Add about 1/4 pancake batter and heat over low to medium heat until golden for about 4 mins on both sides.
- Serve hot
