A tastey delicacy from Northern Nigeria
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
1 cup(milk cup) of prilan fonio
Few pieces of pepper
2 - 3 garden eggs
Biscuit bone/goatmeat/chicken
1 onion
Dry fish
Vegetable/pumpkin/ugwu
Crayfish(optional)
Seasoning/salt

Method:
- Wash biscuit bone/goatmeat/chicken, season and put on fire to boil till soft
- Blend garden egg, pepper and onions and add to the boiled meat on fire
- Leave to cook for about 10 mins
- Add Fonio to the pot with dry fish and allow to cook on low heat for about 10 mins, while stirring at intervals
- Add chopped vegetable and cray fish
- Mix together and if too thick you can add more water
Let it simmer for another 5 mins
- Serve hot
- Serve 3 - 4
